I shopped around Osborne Park and Joondalup looking for a mattress ... I went to ‘Snooze’ on Scarborough Beach Road and the customer service, great deal and competitive delivery fee was nothing to compare with any of the other stores I visited. Victoria , at Snooze on Scarborough Beach Rd , was really helpful( not pushy) and the store is honestly the best store to visit.I shopped there over a year ago with my sister and the service was amazing then ... great service is in short supply now days , so 5 stars for you all at Snooze Scarborough.

Thanks snooze for giving me the best deal on the best mattress’s with the best staff to assist.Matt @osborne park has your back when you come to snooze he will sort exactly what you need and help you out from start to delivery there are many bed shops around but snooze will help you get the best night snooze highly recommend them especially if you need a good night sleep.

Recently bought a new mattress here (Slumberland Somerset) and was very happy with the service we received and also with the mattress. We were served by Ben who was extremely patient and knowledgeable in helping us select the best bed for us. We were happy with the price and also the delivery. Ben even delivered some items personally which were not in stock when the mattress was delivered. Thanks Ben, Highly recommend.

Bedding products are okay. Really let down though by poor communication and almost non-existent after sales service. The franchisee at this store is not interested in customer service. For anyone interested in Snooze products I suggest go to another store where they might actually care about customers.
