Greeted upon entry, no mattress analysis offered even though we said we were looking for a new mattress. Staff member seemed to think price was the sole factor in our search for a mattress. Customer service is not just being polite (which he was) but also helpful - which ultimately he wasn't as he said "just try out any mattress you like" - I don't know the features and benefits of your mattresses which is why I wanted help.

Compliments to staff at the Marsden Park store for their excellent advice and assistance. The stars are for their benefit. I purchased a top of the range king size bed with gas lift base, along with bedside tables, bedding, quilts etc. My issues commenced after delivery. Firstly, the wireless phone charger built into the bedside table, a unique feature of this bed setting, did not work. I contacted the store about the matter and they referred me further up the line. I eventually received an email from a technical support advisor in Malaysia and a brochure outlining detailed instructions on how to position my phone correctly so it receives the signal. Tried all possible positions and angles, without success. I decided I can live with the alternative USB charging port. A more major issue concerned the bedside drawer. Within a month of purchase, the base of one drawer separated from the frame at the front and a row of nails were visible inside, just behind the handle. Don’t know why it bowed and gave way; I don’t store bricks there. I’m guessing they didn’t use enough nails and glue. Not sure about the other three drawers as they are not in use and I am reluctant to give them a pressure test. As requested, I took a photograph of the fault and attached it to an email sent 28 January 2020 but have had no response. I’ve since repaired the drawer with wood glue and nails. Not the best post-purchase outcome, despite great expectations.

Ordered a bed base and bed head in December. Bed base took 8 weeks to arrive. We still haven't received bed head, going on 14 weeks. Everytime I ring the store, I get referred to the warehouse. Then the warehouse say they will check with supplier and call back, but they don't call back. We would cancel, but already have bed base, so need the bed head to match. Buy elsewhere, they do not keep you informed and it's up to you to follow up or keep reminding them that you haven't received your order yet.
commenting on the buying experience i will say this, i was greeted kindly and never felt rushed, the owner really took his time with us and had a very pleasant manner, his price also at then end of day was better than competitive. no reason to shop elsewhere to be honest
Nicole was fantastic. She showed me many different options and was very patient (even calling me back to talk over the options) She answered all my questions, contacted the supplier on my behalf, customised everything with the supplier and worked out a great price for me. I highly recommend Nicole. You won’t be disappointed.
Just had the most fantastic service from Adam!! What a lovely friendly young man. Helped us with our purchases and was very knowledgeable. Will return again
