Good range of products on show. We got our mattress when on sale, so we're happy with the price. We decided on getting our mattress delivered, which we need to pay 80.00 cash on the day. Unfortunately that's where the positivity stops. We were told that our order would take 4 weeks. I made multiple phone calls to check on delivery status. First call, I was told that the delivery was on schedule. Second call I was told that the delivery was 1 week late. Third call I was told that the delivery was due in store on Friday and that delivery was possible for the day after Snooze Marion received the mattress (which would be Saturday) Apparently they had preempted the need for extra deliveries and told "not to worry darl, we'll get it delivered Saturday" Rang Friday arvo to check on delivery status and told oh the next available day for delivery is Monday. Not Happy!! We ended up hiring a trailer and collecting our own mattress on the Saturday. We were even given two different times that we could apparently collect the mattress! Clearly no one at this store communicates with one another and no one is held accountable for bad customer service/misinformation. I guess once they get your money they are done with good customer service. The area out the back of the store for collecting goods is badly organised. Large bins make it difficult to reverse a trailer into the designated pull in bay, even more difficult when BBQ galore also have customers collecting goods. Disappointing experience with this store. Safe to say this was our First and Last dealings with Snooze Marion.

Beware premium prices and definitely not premium service. Firstly, they don't provide at point of sale terms and conditions, nor highlight any changes are required to make any changes within 24 hours or bad luck. They also charge premum prices for good quality mattresses. The one we looked at was approximately 5000 which is only rotatable. Snooze like many have cut corners and no longer do rotatable mattresses. You are way better off doing research and getting it made locally at a company that will make mattresses that can be rotated and flipped. Snooze only sell rotatable mattresses therefore you are essentially getting a mattress that is half a mattress and won't last as long. Do your research and you will find Snooze are expensive. Go to Makin Mattresses as you are way better off. Stay away from these guys.
