I had one of the best customer service experiences in history from Snooze employee 'Ruth'. She was excellent from start to finish, helped secure a great bed at a great price and even arranged bed storage for a long period of time whilst my apartment was being built. She was always friendly and would check in from time to time to see how we were going. Ruth went above and beyond. She is an absolute credit to Snooze and due to her professionalism and customer service I couldn't recommend Snooze Kotara more highly.

Sharn was an absolute legend to deal with and made the whole mattress shopping experience so easy! Professional & friendly service and she had me sold within 5 minutes of entering the store.
