The worst shopping experience in my life！Very bad customer service！The sales manager did not tell us about the returning policy before we paid the product. His attitude is very rude and disdainful when we ask for exchange the next day. Actually I am a loyal customer of this brand but will Never come back again because of the rude guy！
1)Do not buy Madison Grand Mattress and all Snooze brand mattress with pocket springs system. From our experience, their tech it’s SAGGING for sure, definitely not enough support. Unless you really love the feeling of locked into a hole, and when you turn around feels like clime a small hill to reach another side, and in the morning, feel all your muscle in tension. We are very healthy and sporty people, we don’t have any spine or shoulder pain issues before, still cannot deal with this mattress. CHECK ONLINE MATTRESS REVIEW before you make decision, a lot of feedbacks same as ours. 2)Good service attitude but unprofessional knowledge in mattress recommendation. When purchasing we confirmed many times with sales assistant Aisha whether sagging would occur in later days as we emphasized our wishes of having a good support, based on this information, she still recommended us Madison instead of other system that may have better support. She reinsured us with confidence that it wont sag which impelled us making the decision of choosing Madison. 3) After sales service lack of efficiency and customer care; Bed comfortability is not under their service scope, as long as it fits their own manufacture standard, anything you feel wrong of the mattress will be categorized to comfortably issue. Manufacture inspection is just a process and Joke. Customers have no bargain power as we have already paid the money. We have been to the store 3 times, communication took 3 months long back and forth. Some replies from manager Henry and Aisha seem dramatically long, they have good face but didn’t solve our issue. I hope they really thought about we are suffering daily sleep quality and waiting for their solution instead of deal with how to hold time and bargain with us.

Buying a bed is very daunting but with Henry's help and expert advise we were able to navigate through all the options with ease. Henry spent alot of time with us and was never pushy or impatient. I highly recommend Snooze Homebush and Henry!
Terrible customer service. In demo at store showed the bed with headboard but delivered it without it. On asking store employee told that it was optional. So, had to order it again with extra delivery arrangement. Again did not tell that headboard was from a different company, with wrong brackets and did not attach the bed base. Then refused to return the headboard saying that the "wrong headboard from a different company than bed base and not attaching to the bedbase was not a valid reason to return".
Like any other Snooze shop, great variety, friendly and courteous staff, great service. Located within DFO Homebush which has many big brands. Big parking available which is still not enough on weekends. Free for first two hours. Disabled parking available and wheelchair access to the centre and shops. Public toilets available
After an initial hiccup with my order the manger Henry stepped in and rectified the problem. Very happy with my new bed, highly recommended. Thanks Mr Snooze Homebush you're the best!
