Tip of the hat to all the staff at this store - they are all so genuinely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Went to the other bedding stores nearby and as the products and prices were fairly comparable we went with Snooze just because we liked the people better. Thanks to the team for setting us up with an awesome bed, very much looking forward to it

Got all my bed requirements
I had a very disappointing experience. Me and my partner went to browse the store to try to determine a good budget for a new mattress and took a while to come and ask us if we needed some help but we said we didn't because we were done by then. We decided to come back one week later to purchase a mattress but we wanted help choosing the best option and the same person was in charge that day. He was with some other clients and even thought the clients told him it was okay if he helped us he said no, right in front of us and chose to not acknowledge us or say anything like "I'll be with you in a sec". Then when he finally decided to help us he said " I remember you from last week and you didn't want my help" as if he resented that. He showed us some options but left us completely alone for such a long time and we had to go and find him. He didn't take us seriously as clients maybe because we are young couple even though we were ready to buy a mattress right then, which we didn't and decided to go to another store.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer service in the Hawthorn store. The salesperson was talking down to me and displayed an abrupt attitude. He informed me over the phone that I could return the pillow however he had suddenly changed his mind when I came in without even first looking at the pillow. He could then see that the pillow was in the same condition as it was upon purchase as I did not use it, it just lay in the zip up bag in my car as it was an impulse buy. However he was trying to pick that I didn't bring a receipt even though he had my purchase and details recorded in his system and printed off the receipt on the spot himself. He also said he remembered me, as it was only a week prior. If returning pillows is against their store policy, which is fair enough, then they should not be opening up brand new Snooze Collection pillows for customers to try and lie on to only then put it back for selling. Usually stores would provide tester pillows. I'm not going to mention what a health hazard that is let alone being extremely unhygienic. If a customer had anything contagious, like a contagious rash on their face, or head lice, putting their head and face on the pillow even for one minute would be sufficient enough to leave it behind to then be picked up by an innocent buyer. I was hoping to purchase one of their most expensive mattresses but after experiencing such terrible service and witnessing their unacceptable and poor hygeine standards I will never step foot into that store.
We recently purchased a new mattress and bed from the Snooze store in Hawthorn. We received excellent service in the store. We discovered a small problem with our bed after it was delivered. After contacting the store with our problem, we were given excellent follow-up service by Matt. Matt came to our house to hand-deliver and replace the part that was damaged. Overall we received excellent communication and amazing service and I can highly recommend Snooze Hawthorn.
Our bed was delivered and we realised that we had chosen too firm a mattress. Rang Damian and he agreed immediately to swap it for a softer one. He couldn’t have been more obliging. Exceptional service. Recommend this store highly. Kay and Greg.
We bought a king sized mattress here and dealt with Damien, who was great to work with! He absolutely went above and beyond for us. Will definitely be buying from him again!
