Would not even bother with snooze in Dandenong , we put a deposit on a mattress while we were building our home when we where ready for delivery we where told it’s a 2 week delay , we then shopped around at other snooze stores and found out they are individually owned , we bought our mattress from snooze in Springvale and not only it was 500 cheaper it was delivered the next day , what makes me write this review when we decided to buy the mattress from another store I was told by mike I could go in the store so my card can be refunded by the store and now I just been told by the Neal (owner) that he will not refund us !! He then claims that he had to order the mattress then sell it to someone else so there was no loss on he’s behalf especially if he’s overcharging compared to other franchises
