A great store and got the right advice regarding mattresses. The store layout is great and is much bigger than few other Snooze stores. You can thus find more stock and hence make a better informed choice. Amit Wagnoo is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to mattress and pillows and spent a lot of time explaining the different range of available products. One of the other differentiators I found in this particular store is that it has its own unique design of beds which are displayed prominently near the entrance and these colour choices maybe of more appeal to multicultural and other ethnic groups. If you are in this area and need to make a choice between the other mattress shops, pick this one up.

Great customer service and quality products. I came in with no knowledge on mattresses and difficulties on making the right choice, all of this was quickly resolved thanks to the customer service. Vindeet, in particular was a very helpful salesman who was extremely patient and understanding. He was supportive and offered his best to meet my needs and educate me on the variety of products. Best place to purchase a mattress and frame, been 3 months and it has been very comfortable to sleep and relax in. I was stuck between two tough choices but with Vindeet’s help and optimism, I managed to make the right decision in the end. Quality products and customer service! Bargaining may be required for best price!

We recently placed an order for a mattress, base and headboard with Amit. We found Amit to be very knowledgeable, personable and sincere - he really listened to what we were saying in order to understand what we needed and offered genuine advice without any of the ‘hard sell’ you encounter in most sales environments. He was patient and gracious and allowed us the time to ask many questions beyond closing time on a Saturday afternoon - we left the store with a quote and returned on the Sunday morning to pay. We are beyond happy with the value and quality of the display stock and look forward to receiving our order in several weeks time. Thank you Amit and team.

I walked into the store very confused about what to purchase. I was very indecisive and have little knowledge about mattresses and bedding. a lovely sales rep. Karen, came to my rescue! She was so kind, patient and truthful. She assisted me with any questions/ concerns I had and I ended up purchasing a wonderful mattress for a great price! Customer service was beyond perfect and the staff were all so knowledgeable! Keep up the great work team! Will definitely be recommending this store to everyone!

Amit's knowledge of bedding and sleep in general was a great help in deciding what bed we needed. His very helpful and patient in selecting the right mattress to purchase. We never realised much selecting the right mattress matters to sleep quality until the team helped us out!
