Extremely rude salesperson at the store. She was deliberately being difficult and other staff members appeared uncomfortable. Maybe she was the manager? At the time there was a promotion for free delivery on all mattress purchases on the Snooze website. The staff member refused to apply free delivery on my purchase. I ended up walking out and calling another snooze store. They were helpful and actually offered a decreased price as well as the free delivery. Good products but I’d recommend any other store. Picking a mattress takes time so go somewhere you will comfortable.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a bed frame online and waited for a month for it to be delivered. I have to follow up because it still did not arrive and to get the news that it will be delayed for another month! No one even bothered to update me with the starus of my order. Extremely bad service.

The worst experience ever. They sell the item they don't have... and their online shop is still offering the next day delivery which according to them "false information".... what could be worse than this?

My housemate and I were served by Bronwyn. She was patient and considerate of our needs and took the time to make sure we found the right mattresses. The store manager however was extremely rude and tried to tell us what we should buy instead of considering our needs. I didn’t catch her name but I have never been barked at like that in my life. Delivery was perfect

We bought 2 bed frames in August and paid for them upfront. We specifically advised the sales lady that we needed the beds to be delivered on 03rd October. She confirmed that she had made a note of it and assured us that the delivery will come through as planned. A week prior we call snooze to check on our order. Once again, we were assured that our delivery was due to come as planned and that we will receive a call to confirm the same. The call never came. The beds were expected tomorrow. So, we called again today. The gentleman on the phone confirmed that our delivery was not scheduled for the set date. He advised that he had now booked the delivery to come through on the weekend. Here we are. We’ve done everything right. Paid in advance, advised a delivery date, called a week prior to remind and called a day prior to confirm. Yet, no beds, no apology, no explanation. The salesman was kind enough too point to us that it’s just a small delay, and that we could sleep on the mattress. What the salesman did not realise is that we didn’t plan our purchase so far in advance so that we could put our brand new mattress on the floor. It’s a pity. Delays can occur. But a complete lack of regard for your customers needs is inexcusable. #snooze
