I've been dealing with Frances and Amy for a few years now and they have always gone above and beyond no matter how big or small the project is. Waste of time and money I went to snap to get 2 posters printed. I explained that I was taking the to a framer to get framed, as they were a present. The prints came fast and looked good. I took them to the framer, I received a call from them that stated that there is a problem with the prints that he's never seen before and asked if the printer used heat sensitive paper. As they use heat to finish mounting the prints. I called Snap and they confirmed that the ink used for posters is sensitive to heat. I'm your average person that has no idea about printing or framing and thought that when I mentioned that I was getting them professionally framed that this kind of information would be handy to give the customer. I said that I have had the same conversation with the framer. When I questioned why that information hadn't been shared when I ordered the prints I was given the response "we'll I'm not a framer and don't know their process". No attempt at customer recovery. Definitely would not use Snap Printing Newcastle (or any other Snap)again
We recently used Snap Printing to print our Company Christmas Cards; however they have also worked with us on many other jobs. I believe their service to be friendly, no job was too hard; their work to be professional and their customer liaison has always been prompt. I would definitely recommend them to other businesses.
