Had a fantastic experience with Janne and Lucas who arrived super quickly and helped locate a snake after the skin was shed. Using their extensive knowledge, like detectives they located the snake within minutes and captured it to safely relocate it. Thank you for your excellent service. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend he saved us from a big brown snake this afternoon even tho it was half under our retaining wall he caught it with ease and was very informative during the whole process, he even checked my dogs out to make sure they weren't bitten and informed us on how to check if it ever arises in the future.. would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone else. I had an unwelcome "visitor" in my home, this week. I googled "snake catcher and Toowong" and Janne's was the first site that came up. And, am I grateful that it did. Janne was just so kind and calm, when I phoned in a not so calm manner. He was able to get here in record time and gently took care of the intruder, while filing progress reports to me, while I hid on another floor. Janne then took the time to suggest ways I might seal off access points in the house. While I pray that I will never need Janne's expert assistance again, I cannot recommend him highly enough.
