SMP is the best and Professional Aged care institute in the SA. I can highly recommend for students . Me & my wife finished our studies and placement .Good customer service . Admin ,Trainers and othe staff very friendly . Their placement locations are very professional . You can get good experience and jobs after your placement .There is easy payment plans . Highly recommend this place.

The worst business ever seen .The Indian women at the desk called Monique is very rude and unprofessional .She is disrespectful and helpless. I wanted to enquire about the course dates but she did not help and every time she is shouting and saying call again and she is answering her personal calls on the phone.The staff there are very rude and unprofessional. I would recommend Celtic or Hope for a better experience.
I think the overall service SMP provides is good. I hope to find a job once obtaining the certificate.

Good customer service. Attentive teachers and course cordinators ,that take their time to ensure you get the best out of the experience. Responsible in terms of taking care of students, up until they are finished their course and get their certificate. Considerate in placement allocations as well in terms of distance of travel from the place they live to where it be.

SMP is really good for having the certificate III. I took Sunday classes for 9 weeks. It was the shortest and the cheapest course as far as I know. Now, I am very happy to get a job straight away after completing my placement. I would like to recommend someone who need a job to have an opportunity through SMP like me
