When things are going great nothing needs to be said. The app is great, the drivers are fantastic, actually great people. What is super annoying is when a service is running late. There is nothing in the app to keep you informed, nobody answers the phone when you call. It wouldn't be hard to pass a message to the other drivers to inform waiting passengers. Today the 150 0744 service to Gordonvale failed to show at Mt Sheridan. The 9 school kids who were waiting ended up going home either for a lift or a day at home. Myself and anyone else going to work now need to find other means like uber etc

Have multiple issues with bus drivers cutting out infront when taking of from the bus stops. Especially coming up my street the 121,122 bus drives are awful. They have to indicate for 5 seconds just like everybody else!! They don't care how close you are or what speed you do they literally just cut right out infront almost causing an accident if I don't slam the breaks on in enough time. I also have a child in the car which is utterly dangerous. Have tried to jump out and talk to a bus driver that was on michaelangelo drive in redlynch but he just laughed and thought it was funny. Are these seriously the kind of people you hire? They don't even acknowledge they're wrong doing.

I absolutely love the bus service it would be such a hard job having to deal with the public and especially the children of cairns. I have major respect for the bus service even when they are late or not giving me the bestest of customer service I still appreciate what they do it is such a convenient thing having a bus service. Great job
I live on the 111 bus route and find the buses to be reliable and on time the majority of the time. I find the bus drivers very friendly and courteous too. Very rarely do I get a grumble bum. Occasionally the buses are late or do not arrive at all which is very frustrating but on the whole, not many complaints.
Tried to get work here, would not give a reason why I wasn't accepted. Totally unacceptable.
Poor public transport in Cairns. Especially 133 route. They never arrived on time. Sometime it just skip so you can be waiting over 1hr. You gonna be waiiting boiling in outside.
