Very poor customer service, communication and product. Didnt respect material nor their jobs. After several attempts to contact them, they lacked empathy towards fixing the bent benchtop. (After long wait for the benchtop to arrive, they were in unsatisfactory condition) Do not reco.mend at all
Our benchtop has air pockets under the laminate. Unfortunately we have been told by master benchtops that it is not bad enough to be fixed under warranty and that should it get worse to let them know. Being that the benchtop is only a little over a year old I feel that this is not acceptable as far as I'm concerned.
Wasted 2 days trying to get a quote for some benchtops only to be told ''Can't do''. No explanation. Not helpful - guess just not interested as it was a smallish job.
Rude & unhelpful. I tried to order a benchtop, filled in their order form & they said they didn't want to. Save your energy & go elsewhere.
