As an Allied Health Professional, I want to commend the staff and especially the director Ray, at Gilani Engineering for being so caring, thoughtful and patient-centred. Everything about this company is amazing as the service they deliver is 10/10 and the products are especially high quality. I visited the showroom earlier last week with my client and I was very impressed with the prices and quality of the "GED09" wheelchair. My client tried out another wheelchair from Aidacare and was not too impressed with the prices as well as the foot plates and function. Will definitely recommend Gilani Engineering to my colleagues and clients.

Stay away from these people BUYER BEWARE, overpriced totally unaccountable. Rude, arrogant, terrible communication, quality of workmanship is unacceptable. Refer to the photos of the finished product delivered. THIS IS A SAMPLE THEIR WORK IN THE PICTURES ! No idea about engineering in stainless steel manufacturing process or quality. The worst experience ever!
I highly recommend Gilani Engineering. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. Ray's excellent problem solving helped my unique needs. I received a combination of engineering modifications (driver's seat) and installing premade devices (steering wheel). Ray also provides great help with navigating red tape, completing certification, compliance and liaising with an Occupational Therapist when required. Ray's communication is commendable, always taking calls and replying to emails quickly.
The best service for purchase of wheel chair.. in one saturday morning out with the full wheel chair complete adjusted and ready to go... very friendl staff
I've been a manual driving instructor for 7 years. I recently got a new set of dual pedals installed by the team at Gilani, the pedals work well and the customer service before and after has been great.
Exceptional customer service from my first appointment with Ray & my OT. My OT was extremely impressed with the range of wheelchairs & both of us were pleasantly surprised to be able to see all the extras I required were readily available in stock. Great to see an Australian designed & made wheelchair. Any further equipment I need in the future I'll know where to come. Credit must also go to Krystal for chasing my delivery that went astray through NO fault of their company. 100% a professional company that knows how to put their customers first. Excellent high-quality, comfortable wheelchairs. Found them on Ebay and called up. Very helpful & friendly staff (especially Maria) who made purchasing and booking a breeze. Even gave me free delivery and cover! My grandpa loves his new electric wheelchair! Thank you for helping us out, we are looking to come back to modify our Car here.
Lots of emphasis on the individual. Ray was very understanding and honest. He gave us a very good deal with impeccable quality on my mothers house modification and new electric wheelchair. Will be back!
