I got great service from both Rory and Matt in getting a cheap and easy solution (\u003c200) to get my VDrums and vocals sounding loud through some old PA speakers! They were knowledgeable and didn't talk up the low end amplifier I purchased, nor did they try to sell me up for something I didn't need, but were honest in discussing its capabilities and limitations. Cheers to Rory for sorting out my son's bedroom disco lighting requirements as well and spending the time giving him a demo. Great service even for my small purchase but they'll definitely get my business or referral next time! The product quality for the price is looking and sounding good so far.

After ordering a pair of Speaker Mounts from DJ City I ended up reading many negative reviews. Obviously I was a little concerned about shipping times and available stock numbers, so I contacted DJ City to make sure stock is actually available and it's being shipped. Not only did I receive a quick response from David H - Customer Support that my order has been received and stock is indeed available, the shipping was also confirmed with tracking number. The Speaker Mounts themselves (LD Systems SAT WMB 10 B) arrived in a matter of 3 days and are of very good quality. Thank you DJ City! Well deserved 5 stars. Keep up the good work.
These guys are amazing. Very knowledgeable and will help with any needs you may have. Will let you test most things. Their prices are very reasonable compared to some that I have seen elsewhere. Their products are also really good quality. Friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

It took 3 weeks for the item I ordered to come, it was not on time and shipping stopped updating after it was sent to one facility. The speaker was sent in its original packaging with a postage sticker slapped on it. It wasn't even put into another plain cardboard box with styrofoam to protect my 230 product. So it was broken when I took it out of the box, I sent it back the same day with them telling me they'll send out a replacement. It's been over 3 weeks now since I sent it back and I've emailed multiple times asking if they've received it and when I can expect my replacement. Ive only been met with " I'll chase that up for you and get back to you" they've said this to me at least 3 times and not one staff member has got back to me. My last 3 emails asking what is going on over the last week have not been replied to either. It's been a 2 month long stuff around for me and I have nothing to show for it. I'm so disappointed and annoyed
Went in to buy a strobe light, the staff were really extremely helpful and nice 11/10 customer service. Highly recommend this place
