I had my first appointment with Smiles the other day, I decided to change dentists after a long time with my last for convenience. I find it hard to make a change when I’m used to something so I was a bit apprehensive. I chose Smiles from a recommendation from a friend and I’m very very happy I did. I was made welcome from the moment I arrived and met with Dr Amarah. She is so nice and extremely professional. I was impressed with her attention to detail as she inspected each of my teeth and made notes. No other dentist I’ve been to has gone to that level of care. And her assistants were gentle, efficient and professional. Overall a very good experience and I am very happy to recommend highly. Thank you Smiles

When I walked into Smiles On Norton for the first time, I felt so welcomed. Such a professional service with companionable and passionate staff! Definitely recommending to my family and friends.
Whilst the quality of the service was good. I have never in my life had such a bad experience at the dentist. I am a normal health adult individual with reasonable teeth and i left feeling extremely judged and shamed. I was thoroughly cross examined, well beyond the expected 'do you floss'. She asked me several time in many different ways if i have a lot of sugar, and didn't told believe me when i said i don't. Changing the question slightly ever time which felt very patronising, and also judgemental about my teeth and sugar consumption (that i wasn't even having). I mentioned that i no longer wear my retainer, and she asked me if i knew what happens when i don't wear it (again with the patronising) and if i was okay with the 'collapse' of my orthodontic treatment. She also asked me how i brush my teeth and to demonstrate how i brush my teeth on a model which also was extremely patronising. To top it all off as i was leaving she told me i need to 'practise talking to people' in order to get better at it for my career. This is the first review i've ever written a review because i cannot believe all of the positive reviews. Again i want to stress that i've never felt so shamed, patronised, and judged by a health care worker ever. - it was also the most expensive dental visit i've ever had.
Very lovely and empathetic staff. I hadn't seen a dentist in years, and was a little embarrassed about that. Dentist and crew were fantastic and made me feel right at home. Very happy with my cleaning and fillings work, and definitely notice how much better my teeth and mouth feel now!
Great service and helpful staff. Dr Shrav is an absolute gentleman and I am delighted that I have found a dentist I trust and feel comfortable with. I highly recommend this dental practice.
Went for a regular clean and check up. Took a chance and saw a new Dentist. Dr Kumar was incredibly warm, courteous and informative. He took the time to address all my concerns and advise me on options available. I can safely that he has to be one of the most professional and knowledgeable dentist I've visited. He genuinely wanted to help. The whole procedure was surprisingly competitively priced considering the convenient location in the inner west. The dental practice was quite modern with the newest equipment. Looks like I got the best care at the best price and will definitely be returning in six months.

Dr Shrav is an outstanding dentist- warm, informative, compassionate and from everything I’ve experienced and heard, he is also highly technically accomplished. But it’s not only Dr Shrav who makes this practice—the whole place is very people oriented, and the friendly staff always chat and make you feel very welcome.
