Excellent service from Adam. Quick response to queries. The process from initial contact, quote, parts ordering to completion took around 2 weeks and was seamless. I had an issue with an existing fan that Adam was installing a remote for, he dealt with the manufacturer from start to finish. He came back another day to solve the problem. Highly recommended. If you want someone that takes care of all the background work without needing you to get involved, ARC is the go to.

As always, Adam was quick to respond and sorted out our problem promptly and professionally. Whilst not a major issue, a faulty mains-powered smoke alarm that beeps regularly (and refuses to be Hushed), thinking its brand new backup battery is faulty, can get quite annoying, very quickly. Adam was out to us in barely an hour, and had both linked alarms replaced quickly. Highly recommended as always.
Great local company offering exceptional service! I spoke with Adam in the morning and discussed the issue i was having and he was able to attend site the same day. He arrived on time and was very professional in his approach. The problem was solved and fixed in good time. Great to deal with and will use them again as the need arises.

We needed to have our Air Conditioner Re Connected but found it hard getting someone to come and do this until we caled ARC Electricals. Not only was it Re connected on the same day but other faults within the outdated power box were explained and a quote far cheaper than quoted by another electrician was given to pass on to the department of housing. The Electrician from Arc was courteous and polite at all times and did a fantastic job sorting out the power problem for us at a very reasonable price
