Great company. Have been with them for years across more than one organisation.. Everything has always worked perfectly. Always quick to resolve any questions or queries I have whether by phone or email. Call centre staff always friendly and helpful. Cannot fault them.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've called Customer Service a few times now where 30 mins seems to be the average call wait time. Called the customer service number, on hold for over 25mins, then told by the agent that the error Smartsalary have made (putting me on the incorrect pay cycle) can't be resolved by them and therefore I need to go on hold 'probably for another 30 minutes' in order to speak to a Senior Agent. Also, I still have no idea when my salary packaging will take effect. So frustrating. Nice people (agents), but clearly working in a severely under resourced company.

absolutely shocking customer service experience. The only people who pick up the phone are "sales" then they claim that they are from leasing and cant help - send you on an endless loop of call centre muppets and hold music.

There is no response to phone call in January after public holiday no matter how long I wait.

No one responses to the phone call even they do not reply an email. I have not get my full payment from smart salary and its already been a week. I want fix what happen I ring them so many time but no one receive the call even for an hour. Service is not good at all.

Was not informed when there was a transition from my previous leasing agency to Smart Salary, in the transition a monthly payment was missed (despite my regular payments being made from my pay), have been chasing this for 6 weeks, everyone having a different approach and have been informed by the bank today, the correspondence sent from Smart Salary on Friday has not been sent and the threat for my car to be repossessed. Very frustrating and poor communication when rectifying customer concerns.
