There is no need to register or have an account and we do not require a minimum monthly spend to use our services. Our aim is to help: Support the future of E-commerce Educate users to improve their shipping solutions Provide easier access to transport solutions for Small business We also realise more and more Australians are becoming Entrepreneurs conducting business from home, this trend is set to continue and Smart Send looks forward to playing it's part providing solutions allowing access to a broader market of transportation options.

I've used SmartSend for many years although only a few times a year. Never anything damaged or deliveries later than expected. Reasonable pricing, good tracking and competent couriers. I had one instance that parcel was delivered same day ordered on a Friday at 5.30pm! Well done and keep up the good work.

UNFORTUNATELY THE SYSTEM HAS TO HAVE ONE STAR TO FUNCTION I find the whole ordering on line a trust thing we trust the item we purchased will turn up, not smashed, squashed, broken or missing ...we insure the item to cover the possible damage ... we find the insurance is not worth the money we paid extra to protect our items, but this is not always the case ...but the severe disrespect of the customer service team to attention any of the issues from driver pickup, not wanting to open an unlocked gate walk to the front door pickup the item and then scan the item into stock by couriers please is outstanding, then give no reason or information why they have done so .... the fact that TNT can turn up four hours late as per their timing not mine to pickup an item and deliver through their complete delivery system a squashed item which breaks the package inside the sealed and taped cardboard box as requested by smartsend's own email and given to the sender to package, clear photographic damage is evident then refuse a claim but also not tell the person who the package was intended for .... multiple requests for a phone call are being ignored by smartsend to sort out the issues .... it is very bad karma. to accept payment, including insurance, to protect, when they send an email showing this has possibly happened before, to continue with the transaction when another courier company is in the same area which could have delivered it safely, process a claim, ignore the request for communication by phone, then not bother to attention the rejection of the claim to the end user ...I hope I summed it all up properly ....

We use the Smart Send app as a Shopify integration. I'd say it works almost seamlessly on the site & it's fairly intuitive once you get the hang of the process of entering shipping dimensions. I love that it automatically gives customers at checkout the option to enter their postcode for a shipping estimate - even the way this displays on the cart page is really cool. The other great feature is the easy contact option for support. There's literally a "support" button visible at all times while you're on the app page. This is such a rarity for Shopify apps! I have been in contact with Steve from support twice & found him incredibly responsive. He addressed both of my issues within 30 minutes & actually resolved them rather than just giving me advice on how to do it myself. Another rarity with app support on Shopify. The couriers they appoint to book parcel pickups/drop-offs have been awesome! I consistently get the same drivers who have learnt my pickup preferences & name. Receipted delivery is surprisingly cheap! The only negative feedback I have for the team would be the following - The app consistently shows that I have product variants missing dimensions for shipping calculations. When I filter to find these, there don't appear to be any (see attached photo) - The cells where dimensions are entered are too small so you can't see if the dimensions you've added are correct (see attached photo) Overall, despite the issues above, this is a 5 star app with a 5 star support team!
