I highly recommend Sleepers Direct for any retaining wall needs. They are my preferred supplier for all retaining wall projects. Their customer service is second-to-none and they don't have the stock delay issues that a lot of other concrete sleeper suppliers have, as Sleepers Direct have their own manufacturing facility close by. Sleepers Direct were so impressive. I ordered online and received a text message letting me know the sleepers would be delivered at 8:20am. At 8:20 they arrived and the driver was super helpful using a forklift to place them exactly where we needed them. Could fault the service. Outstanding - especially considering we are in Stage 4 lockdown.
Quite expensive, given sleepers is all they do. 22 for sleepers I then bought for 16 elsewhere. That's a HUGE difference really. Not going here again. Rip off. Even bunnings is cheaper than these clowns. Not sure how they stay in business to be honest.

Cannot fault, the service was friendly and helpful, the delivery was fast and well communicated. As for the materials, rather than rush in with a review i wanted to wait until we'd had a good look at all the items and get on with our project. now halfway through a significant build i can say the products were all top notch the sleepers all measure pretty well bang on spec and have a good finish the steel is decently thick and nicely coated. Very very happy with the whole transaction. thank you no doubt I'll be back.

I recently purchased a large number of sleepers for my retaining wall project and found everybody at Sleepers Direct to be incredibly helpful, in particular the ladies in the office. They certainly know their stuff and helped me create my dream of opening up my front yard for my two year old boy to play in.
