I am very happy with the service from Sleep Doctor Dee Why. I didn't actually go into the shop because I live a long way from the store, but I already knew what I wanted to buy and I rang John and he straight away gave me the best price on the Mlily electric adjustable bed base that I wanted. He took the time to answer my questions and confirm that the base I was choosing was going to do what I thought it would. He very helpfully sent me pictures of the base he had in the shop and that was enough to confirm it was the one I wanted because I had the specs online. He was very helpful in organising a fast delivery and the delivery guys were very happy, jovial, very careful and fast at their job. They even took the time to assemble the bed, and put the bedside tables back in place and leave it all just right, as well as demonstrate how the remote control settings work an ensure everything was fine. Excellent service and the cheapest price - I'm certainly happy with that!

I cannot recommend Dee Why Sleep Doctor highly enough! After much research, the service, courtesy and advice I received from John convinced me to purchase my new bed from this business. Consequently, I am thrilled with my four drawer base and my very comfortable Comfort Relief Medium Mattress, the delivery of which was delayed for 8 weeks due to Covid 19. In the interim John and Tim kindly organised a substitute mattress for me to use while I awaited the arrival of my order from Melbourne. It has been a real pleasure dealing with these gentlemen!

I purchased my bed online, as i don't live in the area. They offered free delivery, and also the convenience of Afterpay. My bed that I wanted was also 200 cheaper than advertised elsewhere. Delivery was Friday last week, and unfortunately I noticed on the Saturday morning, that there was a box missing, i automatically thought no way !!! sleep on the floor on the mattress. I went to call the delivery driver, as I did, he called me to let me know that the box was on the truck, and he placed it in his car to deliver this to me at Cobbitty on Saturday afternoon. He stayed behind, and put my bed together for me. Now that's customer service. It would like to thank the delivery driver, and the staff, as everything looks fantastic!!!!! Thank you so much... And to top it all off, they delivered the bed, in that terrible storm that hit Sydney Friday afternoon. So thank you again!!!
