Very bad customer service. The guy looked as if everyone owes him one million dollars. And when I called to book a court last time the lady on the phone sounded really impatient and wasn't in a good tone. Bad air ventilation and bad lightings inside. And when I was injured last time my friends tried to ring the bell for assistance but they kept us waiting at the door for a long time. Sky Badminton is so much better in every aspect. We only chose here because Sky is fully booked. Never coming back.

Huge badminton complex with good condition mats and good atmosphere. The lighting is good and the mats are professionally laid down however I found that light does sometime disturbs eyes when shuttle is high. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There are toilets available outside the court area and also there are drinks available at the reception obviously you need to pay for them. No membership required however These guys also offer discounts if you book multiple courts. Best to give them a call and understand the details. Give these courts a try and I am sure you will not be disappointed. Parking space may be a problem only if you come on a busy day - you may still find a space on the street. Enjoy your game!. Nice and convenient, easy access but it will be better if toilets and bathroom facilities are upgrated.

Clean, nice new mats. Staff is friendly. You can even hire/ buy/ restring rackets, or buy shuttercorks here. Bottled water available for purchase. May be open where other venues closed. Best to ring up. Good fun.

Very unfriendly staff who never smiles or acknowledges you when you arrive, money minded with appalling customer service. We almost got scammed to pay 10 for trying to switch some lights on because it was so dark inside the hall when we arrived. The guy calls it ‘penalty’ even though there has been no clear sign to indicate the 10 penalty for touching the lights. He argued that it was because we accidentally switched off another courts lights. We apologised and said it was an accident but we were never aware of the penalty but he insisted that we pay 5 in the end. This was 10 minutes into our playing time so we paid so that we could start playing but the guy couldn’t care less and said I don’t care if it’s eating into your time. And after 5 minutes, he came back to us ASKING if we wanted our 5 back?? Which meant the ‘penalty’ that we paid for was uncalled for. But he unwillingly returned us the 5 because he realised how ridiculous he was being but was too up himself to apologise. I wouldn’t have lost it if he didn’t ask for us to pay the penalty in the first place and just gave us a warning. We were regulars and it was unbelievable how they treated regular customers. Never going back. Save yourself the trouble and just go to sky because there are nicer people there.

I've been here so many times. I'm satisfied with the atmosphere as equipment has always been in great quality. However, there is no ventilation in the shed. It gets really hot after playing for approximately 10 minutes. Not a good idea to come in summer. Also, the staff were really rude and couldn't be bothered to serve. One of them rudely told me not to touch the net. I couldn't figure out why and I didn't think I could break it. I wonder if he would be mad if the shuttle hit the net. He also doesn't like people coming in late, and this is understandable. However, traffic conditions are always hard to anticipate, and he disregarded this explanation. I choose this only for convenience; otherwise, sky badminton might be a better option
