I bought many cars over the course of my life, maybe around 30 or more. But Adam Li from Honda blew me away. Firstly, he was truly well equipped with knowledge about the car. Secondly, he was very very quick with responses. I mean, literally, instant responses (as long as he was not attending to another client). Thirdly, he is concise and on the point, not trying to persuade you with unnecessary words. Lastly, he offerred great pricing on the vehicle. So, if you need a Honda or Volvo, ask for Adam. He will really look after you.

I Purchased a 2020 Honda CRV with a Honda genuine towbar from Cricks Highway Honda at Springwood. With 4 people in the car the towbar grounded at 3 different locations within the first 24 hours of owning the car one of the locations is my driveway which according to Honda is two steep, but it was fine with the Ford Kuga that has been parked on it complete with towbar for the last 6 years. (note there was no luggage in the car). I was hoping to put my families luggage in the car and connect up my boat to go on holiday but find this will not be possible. I have contacted the dealer and also Honda Australia on a number of occasions to try to find a solution to the problem and the best they can come up with is that the towbar is to AU standard and the cannot do anything about it, a customer relations person told me over the phone that 'it is what it is' but did not choose to put this into writing. If you are looking for a family SUV I would steer clear of the Honda CRV. If you are looking for a dealer that backs up its customers I would steer clear of Cricks Highway Honda. Honda Australia are also no help. On collection of the vehicle the sales team ask customers to give 12 out of 10 in a survey Honda send out to customers, but when a fault or problem comes up they are no help at all. I would not give 1 out of 10 I am now stuck with a car that cannot tow my boat as is not fit for purpose. THANKYOU SO MUCH HONDA
Selling the idea is only the first half of success, but selling the product and getting the customer a safe and secure feeling is the complete package. Really good and professional customer services from the whole team. Very patient and provides detailed explanation for all your questions. Will highly recommend this dealership. They provide really poor after-sales services. I brought my Honda 1.5 years from them. I did ask them install a front sensors for my car. They charged me 600. After I picked up my car, the front sensors always beeping, even on the highway. So I contact them to fix. When I sent my car to the service department, they realize that the front sensor is not Honda product and they wont touch it. Then they asked me contact with Honda sales team. From that time, I have been contacting with Honda heaps times. However, no one gave me any update. Today, I call them again. One of staff gave me a phone number to ask me contact with the third party company.........
