From our first interaction for an on-site quote to leaving our premise after the completion of the job Community Tree Services were extremely professional, knowledgeable, affordable and friendly. They were also clear and concise with the price of the quote and what was to be done. The job was completed beyond what we expected with the site left as clean and tidy as it was before they arrived, even after dropping 7 large trees. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Turned up on time to Quote and discussed the job sensibly, sent the Quote same day, great communication with booking & paying the deposit, performed the work with the greatest care and safety practices, tidied up beautifully. I have used Jarrad and his team twice now and both jobs have been done brilliantly. Price is the cheapest around and the work is exceptional. Both jobs were tricky near a fence and the house and both trees were removed safely without issue. This is the company to go with for sure!

I have had to contact this service multiple times to arrange a quote. The responses have been slow with no follow up to arrange an alternative time. An appointment to come for a quote was cancelled, only 1 hour after the appointment time, which messes me around. And this too was not followed up. I had to then follow up, and they said next available time for a quote would be over a weeks time. One would think they would try make up for the delays and cancellations, but there really has been no effort whatsoever to make up for the tardiness. Very disappointing.
