I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend them but if you had to go with them, then at the very least get a signed written quote from them before handing over your keys. I went there upon recommendation of a friend. They asked me for my mobile number and what the problem was with my car (Honda Jazz). I wrote down “SRS light” and explained to them that the Air Bag indicators were showing up on my dash due to the accident it was previously in. That is all that needed to be fixed as everything else was repaired already. Before I handed over my keys, I asked them 3 times for an approximate quote and they dodged the question every time only to say “We’ll call you when it’s done”. I thought it would be okay as my friend who recommended them said they should only charge me about 100. Even if it was slightly more or less I would be okay with it. I get a call about 3 days later from them saying the car is ready to be picked up. When I arrived, the front bumper was now cracked, and not fitted correctly but the SRS Air Bag light wasn't coming on any more. I tried to say that crack wasn’t there before but he said it was the fault of the person who repaired the bumper. He then went on to say that the cost is 1,100 for all the repairs. They didn’t even bother to call or message me beforehand to tell me the parts were going to cost 550 and ask me if I agreed or not. The other 550 was for labour. I have a really bad anxiety disorder and I hate arguing or confronting people I don't personally know. I didn’t know what to do since he had already fixed the Air Bag light indicator so I went ahead and paid it. Not happy, will never go here again.

This is my favourite shop to go. The owner always take care of my car very well. He is a good car mechanic. Service is always great and perfect. It satisfies my requests. One day he found my car prob and fixed it up. I was so lucky. My car is still in a good condition.

Farshid, the mechanic, was extremely helpful and honest about the work necessary on my car. He carefully explained the testing he planned to do, the results of his tests, and what course of action he and I should take to correct the problem. Thanks Farshid

I put a post on a community Facebook page looking for assistance with my 2006 Hyundai Getz, as the check engine light had come on and been on for over two weeks and the car was running rough. I am trying to sell the vehicle and i didnt need this to happen and was terrified at the possible causes and cost to fix them. A gentleman suggested i contact Skilled Auto Repair. I made contact with a staff member and had my car booked in the next morning for a diagnostic test. Test was done and luckily for me all i needed was new spark plugs. They were fitted on the spot and i was out of there in under 30 mins. Now my car is running like a dream. Thanks Fashid and the team at Skilled Auto Repair
