The operations manager was so efficient with her responses when we had our initial queries prior to inspection. I have no hesitation in recommending SJN. Stephen performed the inspection and was very thorough. Through his keen eye for detail he picked up on issues in some areas that we were then able to take to the Vendor and present the issues to them.
