So today we had a birthday party for our 2 year old and I can honestly say just due to past experiences in play places I didn’t have very expectations especially considering chipmunks is one of the cheaper ones but we had such an incredible day! You all far exceeded my expectations, the venue was clean and tidy, equipment was clean and well maintained, staff were all very helpful and friendly and the party package was such good value for money! Food was great too which I wasn’t expecting. We had such a fantastic time, if you’re thinking about having a party here absolutely do it!

Always a good experience. Happy kiddo. Decent food. All in all can't complain.
Clean environment, helpful staff, range of food and drink to suit both children and adults. Annoyance is more to do with the occasional parent NOT supervising unruly children, specifically those who are obviously in the under 5s sections when they are over age.
Awesome playground for all ages. Hours pass and the kids are still engaged and living their best life. Be sure to bring socks as you are required to wear them while in the play areas.
We love Chipmunks play land. The food is always delicious, the staff are always wonderful but its 2020. I am a FIFO worker and my husband takes our daughter here whilst I'm away. It seems that the community is a bit backwards when it comes to Dads. There is only a child's/toddler toilet in the women's toilet meaning that if a single Dad or any Dad takes their child to Chipmunks they have no option other than taking them into the men's room which does not have a toddler toilet or the disability toilet to let me use the bathroom. It seems to me like it's expected that the mother should take the child to the toilet rather than the father which is a bit backwards and if the mother of the child, single Dad, or a child with two Dads come here they have issues. I watched it happen today which was uncomfortable and I feel like Dads deserve more respect when it comes to parenting children. Hopefully they will think about putting a toddler toilet in each bathroom. **A little girl can not poop in a urinal if they are being potty trained and has to be held over an adult toilet, so you have made it very gender specific which is fine, I just think that there should be toddler toilets avaliable to every sex, not just females**
Very poor food choices, also very unhealthy. Took something from outside and got asked (not nicely) to put it away. I understand your point of view guys and I don't mind to spend money for food at your place but at least give people a better choice.
Took my 11 month old into the 0-5 section and we only stayed for 10 minutes because there were heaps of over 5 year olds in there. They had the different arm band on so I know they were older. These older kids were running around not taking notice of the babies and throwing the soft blocks, one hitting my son. Someone needs to be monitoring the area and making sure that the correct age group is in the correct sections.
This place is great! The kids would happily spend the whole day here. Great way to have a coffee in peace.
