I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my new car. The service was great and the communication from all the staff was spot on. They provided me with the best price in the Hunter with no fuss.
Drove from south of Sydney to look at a car but the sales person didn't had a clue what he was selling, no knowledge at all! Found one of the cars we saw online and wanted to make a test drive, after filling in the papers and they ask even more then needed. (They don't know what's in their conditions so make sure you read them) Never again.
I would never recommend Lancaster's to purchase a vehicle from new or used. Their service department wasn't to bad except for their continually trying to up sell on their services.
My cars central locking didn't work suddenly. I rang and booked Lancaster Mitsubishi. I went to the workshop and they replaced the 4 door locks of my outlander under warranty. After the job was done, they parked the car in tge valley and give me keys. It was stress free repair. They have free wifi and coffee in lounge room too. Great customer service... highly recommended...
