Had our car serviced here. Customer service was exceptional, friendly and jovial which was refreshing. The attention to detail with the car service was beyond expectations and returned fully detailed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Hi am mechanic in muswellbrook. with a fleet of 75 vehicles. I had one of my ute's in for a air bag recall. i picked up the ute and the airbag light was now on. So i sent the ute back the next morning to get checked. Lancaster ford responded with the clock spring was broken (This is the component the connects to the air bag they replaced). The only other part on the ute they touched and it is now broken. after 3 days of me ringing them and not getting calls back, they will not fix the part they broke. So i went in for a recall and has now cost me 500 in parts my time to fix. great service...
I test drove a vehicle hear. Was a pleasurable experience. I didn't feel pressured or get chaperoned.
The worst service dept I have ever experienced. 60000 service only half done along with the vehicle coming back with dirt air filter and air filter box not done up. Booked It in for 75000 and they didn't even have me on the booking sheet, let alone know all the things that needed attention . I will NEVER step foot there again
