Cannot recommend GJ Gardner Singleton highly enough. We are so happy with our new home, and so grateful to the GJ Singleton team for their quality workmanship and their professionalism. The entire team are so wonderful to deal with & the owners Matt and Paula Clark are the most genuine, beautiful people we have met in a very long time. The cost was upfront with no hidden fees, they went above and beyond to help us even when we had a hiccup with council requirements when it had absolutely nothing to do with them, and they didn't benefit from helping.. they did it because they actually care. Beth in admin is the most efficient, helpful, beautiful lady who is just absolutely amazing at her job and made everything flow so flawlessly, we cannot thank her enough. Ian the main builder on our home was so helpful, he listens and nothing is ever a trouble. This builder CARES about their clients, they care about their work, they care about people and they will will stop at nothing to make sure you're happy. If you're looking at building, look no further, this is the builder for anyone who wants a quality home, built by a quality team. Thank you GJ.

Quality and workmanship was first class. The build was managed well and all aspects were excecuted on time. Matthew and Paula Clark were excellent, always at hand to answer all queries and put your mind at rest. All finishes were first class. We would recommend G.J.Gardner Homes Hunter Valley to any prospective client.

For us it was a horrid experience. the build went months over schedule -with no explanation, no requests/notifications for extensions - we paid an initial deposit in January 2013, and finally finished with fair trading in June 2015. builder was not accountable for any thing that happened. countless issues from wrong stair case installed, wrong kitchen sink, wrong windows, the entire house had to be repainted 2 weeks after we moved in, walls were pulled down and re plastered, the plumber poured grout in the toilets. the only time we got movement on the house was when the head office became involved, and even they had little care over what was happening, and there would be sporadic bursts of activity. contact from the builder was minimal and difficult, and much of our build was spent with no site manager. can fairly say this experience has well and truly turned us off building ever again!
