This is our go-to company for anything air conditioner related - we like to support local and they have never let us down. We recently had to replace our ducted air conditioner and the team at Coalfields went out of their way to accommodate our working hours when coming over to provide quotes. Their communication is excellent, with text messages sent to alert customers to the fact that they are heading to your place and to expect them soon. Brendan showed us a range of systems that ticked all of our boxes for smart technology and explained the pros and cons of each. On the day of the install, the team turned up when they said they would and got straight onto it. They cleaned up well after themselves - I couldn’t even tell anyone had been in the house when I came home. We are incredibly happy with our new air conditioner and would recommend Coalfields Climate Control to anyone.
