Generally the staff are good. Except for one older woman (who should know better!), who insists on chewing while serving customers. Not only is it rude, but she also looks like an old cow chewing its cud!

I have never in my life experienced such incompetence in a Post Office. I purposefully went in multiple times to assure that my paperwork was all signed in the correct places and nothing was missing. When I went in later that afternoon to lodge the papers, I was told that I had a whole section that still needed signing. Staff at Singleton Post notably have issues reading offical documents because the paperwork clearly states that that section did NOT need to be signed. I'll be sure to travel further out for all future Postal duties as I will not be giving them business again. Incredibly disappointed to have to deal with such a thing in my local town.
Rudest staff EVER not once but many times and lately they have got WORSE. Be warned.
