Had a 5000 installed poorly by the previous owner. After months of trying to chase him up and get the fire fixed he decided to retire without fixing the issues. The fire manufacturer also would not contact me after nearly a year of chasing them, so I ended up contacting the new owners of All Seasons Pools and Woodfires who said that they have no obligation to help me and will not assist me any further. So I now have a 4 year old, 5000 Australian made fire place that is beginning rust out due to the disgusting and poor installation.
