quick and professional service. the girls in the office that took the original booking were very friendly. the gentleman who preformed the inspection was very thorough and had a good knowledge. at the end a few minor things were noted, nothing major, still feel it was a very good investment, i went in to places i would of never thought about checking

Very easy to read yet detailed report. No major problems we indicated a few small maintenance issues and new smoke alarms were needed, Dean reccomended tradesmen to complete these tasks. They have how been done and happy with the whole process overall
Requested an inspection online and received vague communication that someone would call. No one did. Inspections for new homes are time sensitive and I’ve been waiting 5 days... don’t waste your time.
