We also found Simply Renovate (Brian) via Google and took the punt and are very happy with the outcome. We had an old games room modernised exactly how we wanted. Brian listened to what we wanted and delivered with no stress. The communication was a key factor and there were quite a few trades involved. All were impressively professional in what they delivered.

His work reflected his years of experience, he listened to our wants and put into place quickly and professionally the plans we had. We engaged Brian to renovate our bathroom and he was always professional and punctual. Brian was approachable, helpful and always willing to consider our ideas and often added to them. It is not often I give a five star rating but in this case it is entirely justified.
Brian was a dream to work with. He removed old french doors and opened up the lounge room by installing large stacking doors in to a larger opening in the wall. His attention to detail and willingness to work with the new door supplier made the experience a lot easier than we expected. He provided a clear quote prior to work and did not deviate from this. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone.

We can't recommend Brian highly enough. Brian was so great at communicating through every step of the process including any cost changes and we love the bathroom and laundry we were able to create together, now having lived with it and used it for over six months. Brian brought lots of great ideas and solutions and worked with us to achieve the family space we were aiming for within the timeframe he estimated, even with some challenging exisiting issues to work with. Brian was so easy going and friendly, we all enjoyed having him here and the kids missed him when he was finished! We were also so impressed with all the trades he recommended and worked with. Thanks again and we will be using Simply Renovate again in future.
