Terrible phone service - I called as I hadn't heard from anyone regarding a Quote Requested via their website yesterday. I thought I'd better follow it up as I need today. Receptionist put me on hold & returned to say she doesn't think anyone got it as no one seems to know however, it could have gone directly to the Manager but he's offsite today so umm ... in the end I said okay, thanks. She didn't even ask to put me through to someone in sales who could take my quote request or get my contact details!! Now, I must find a printer that's interested in gaining a new Customer ...... strange ......
