I bought a pair of powered speakers that were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately they only provided sound for approximately 4 days. They would not turn on. I contacted Skycomp asking for a replacement. After a couple of days they emailed back asking me to return them for a replacement. They tested the faulty ones, which is more than reasonable to do, and they gave me a replacement set. To me, the true test of an organisation's customer service is when there are issues with a purchase. Skycomp passed the test with flying colours. The gentleman who tested the old and checked to make sure the replacement worked, finished off by saying to me: "please let us know if there are issues again." A1 Skycomp! Please keep it up! Thanks again for your service when I had issues that had to be sorted out.

The staff were friendly. The chat online function was very helpful. Excellent service. I've spent tens of thousands at Skycomp and NEVER been disappointed. Order processing time - FAST. Customer service - GREAT. Product quality/postage packaging - FANTASTIC. Seriously you can not go wrong with these guys. It's worth the extra few over the really cheap sellers but the whole process from order to product pickup/delivery. Most of my pick up order were ready within 24 hours from their Silverwater warehouse. Thanks

I was really impressed with Skycomp's customer service. I placed an order a few days ago. They phoned me only an hour after I had placed the order to clarify a detail with the shipping address. The item I purchased then arrived a couple of days later. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
I bought a Canon G6065 printer from Skycomp Technology in August 2020. I had thoroughly reviewed many printers and selected this model. Trying to locate one during Covid was almost impossible. Our company ordered multiple new sets of PC parts and they processed & shipped out the order within 1-2 business days. They were also very responsive to my emails and calls. I would highly recommend to anyone buying even during Covid times. Overall, good pricing and huge product ranges !
Prompt service and very quick delivery. Ordered a cpu cooler expecting it to arrive next week but received it within 24 hours. Very competitive prices as well, very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back
