These guys in bookings are terrible to deal with couldn’t give a stuff. What they forget is your trying to book a call to speak to a loved one or a good mate. They are people in there not animals why make it so difficult to speak to them! ?! Maybe one day the tables turn and your little power trip being “ king of the prison bookings phone line “ comes to a end and you realise you are a sad little person with a miserable life.
I was Sent There Because I was Watching Logan Paul and Jake Paul and Morgz Together and I also Put Milk Before my Cereal. Anyway the Room was Spacious, Definitely Recommended

Visited a couple of times now and things have gone downhill since the 90s. Staff are enthusiastic about security but less so when it comes to service. Meals are always a surprise. DO NOT ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANGER. They are all named Karen and have pants with pockets. Other guests are the only thing that makes this place worth visiting.
