Did computer work for David a while ago and he refused to pay and explain why he wasn't going to pay. Has completely ignored all emails even though we also paid for software for him. I'm just going to warn other people about this as I would hate to know another contractor out there would offer a service for him and refuse to pay. He also threatened to take me to the police and qcat if I continued sending him the bill. He didn't do either. In the end I had to lodge a QCAT form to take him to the small claims court. Once again, just a warning out there.

Being my first time choosing tiles I needed help and the staff and owner were very accommodating. I was amazed at the variety. Customer service is taken seriously and they delivered. I definitely will be back.
