I love coming here!!! I rarely get sick anymore and love building up my immune system! I was excited to realise that it doesn’t only help my body on the inside but also the outside, helping my skin glow!!! Would highly recommend to all my friends and family!!! The staff are exceptional and help explain all the benefits.

I have only been attending the Salt rooms for 2 weeks now, my son has had the worst eczema flare up - ugly red welts all over his body. The results have been so dramatic in just 2 weeks, his sores are healing, healthy skin is emerging and he loves the chilled childrens room - complete with Wiggles and toys! Its a nice 45mins that we get to play in a relaxed environment whilst the salt works its magic! Would highly recommend a session !
We love Shire Salt Rooms! We've been going for the last 2 winters and it's helped to keep my 2 children and I very well over the colder months. The staff are amazing and always very accommodating! High recommend.
Amazing place. Has really helped with my alopecia and eczema. the staff are so wonderful and empathetic, they're patient and have given me some great advice. I have been suffering from an auto immune disease for the last six months, but since going to salt therapy, my skin, and general well-being has improved significantly. Wonderful ladies that work there!!
Everything was perfect . Rooms are meticulously cleaned . Bathrooms too. Staff are very professional and courteous. Breathing in salt is very helpful and very calming ;) the kids sessions are fantastic - movies and toys free of charge . Also love the soaps , candles , salt bath mixes, salt lamps and other products which you can buy any time :) Kasia and Julia and Val make you feel welcome and valued as a customer every time . Easy and convenient parking lot .
Wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic experience. Fabulous staff. Always love a chat with Val when I visit. Very knowledgeable with everything. Book a session- you’ll feel amazing after.
