Graham was fantastic from the first session to the last. He understood my situation perfectly and tailored the session to my exact needs. I felt good after the first session, but the urge to smoke still came and went.... he ensured he quickly did the 2nd session which covered some further blockers I 'thought' were reasons I smoked.... After the 2nd session I knew I was a non-smoker, the 3rd session was just enjoyable and cementing things in! I would not hesitate to recommend Graham. I will admit, you are of course sceptical about this kind of thing. But trust me, it does work.
