I am so glad to have had Marguerita on my side throughout my workcover case. I suffered a bad injury to my wrist after falling from a ladder which ended up changing my whole life, and I was worried, confused and stressed about the workcover process and didn’t even know whether to talk to a lawyer or not. When I first met with Marguerita I was instantly put at ease. She told me about her own personal experiences that inspired her to specalise in compensation law, and she had an answer for all my questions. Throughout the course of the process, she never failed to keep me in the know – I never had to chase her for information.
