Really nice experience eating in this cozy place. Food was delicious, like a home made meal. Service was attentive and efficient. Not too busy and noisy so it was easy to hear and a lovely place for a casual night out. Would definitely come again to try some of the other offerings on the menu. Highly recommended.

Excellent healthy option for a summer lunch. Came here during a warm day so I went for the cold tempura seiro soba noodles (large). You can have either the normal or vegan option. Was not disappointed; very light, refreshing & simple lunch. The tempura had the right amount of batter and an amazing crunch on the outside. Only drawback I might think of is it’s perhaps on the expensive side for a lunch, but you’re getting top quality here.

Amazing Japanese restaurant. Service was excellent and the wait staff were able to help us with questions. Grab a Bento if you wanna try a little bit of everything. We will be coming back to try everything else on the menu AND everything is gluten free. What a hidden gem!!

The Duck Soba Noodle soup here is divine. Everything about it is understated and yet well balanced. Whereas a ramen will assault your senses from the first bite, this soba soup was a mystery gift that slowly revealed itself. With each bite, you discover the different flavours of the dish. The duck was succulent and not tough. The tofu was soft and melted in your mouth. The mushrooms was the real surprise of the dish. I could go on. The soup was just perfect . I could feel the pores of my body open up and expunge the sins of the previous night. It’s baffling that there are far more ramen joints then soba places in Melbourne. I hope that changes as it’s a culinary delight not to be missed

Soba is nice but a little too salty. Hard to taste the Dashi through the salt.
