A great practice - Dr. Howard was always very patient, kind, and really thorough...a wonderful GP, I’m sad to have moved area recently but would highly recommend and was very grateful for her care :-)
I've been visiting grow for 2 years now, through my pregnancy and birth and subsequent care for myself and my son. The admin team are lovely and helpful, and Dr Howard is always thorough in her care. We also attend the mothers group weekly which has been very helpful to be able to link with a nurse and meet other mums.
I attend the mothers group at Grow Medical as well as see Kay, the child health nurse. Kay is absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and very experienced and always applies evidence-based practice. The other staff with whom I've had interactions are always fantastic, polite, and helpful, and try to organise appointments for me that accommodate mine and my baby's needs.
Worst customer service. Horrendous wait times. GP's who clearly think they're better than the rest of the world. Charged for a long appointment as the GP typed his notes so slowly it went over the allocated 15 minutes.
Dr Chambers has been a trusted and caring doctor to my family for many years, including my kids from birth (now aged 2, 7 & 9). He has gone above and beyond in times when we really needed help. Great with kids & opinion/approach has proven true & helpful many times over. The new practice great & is very convenient to Sherwood State School. Sarah Robertson

Fantastic doctors, great location. Dr Douglas was so reassuring when I was a new mum. Now she looks after me and my 3 girls.
