After reading the last 2 comments I was hesitant in contacting this company for my mobile plant needs. I contacted the Brisbane branch and spoke to the operations manager Brett who I found to be very professional and helpful. Brett was able to provide our company with the desired plant with a very short notice. I would recommend any other companies that require earthmoving equipment to contact the Brisbane branch and speak to Brett

Incredibly rude. There was a disagreement over an invoice which was never explained in full, even though i asked for it to be. The "girl"that i had to deal with sounded like a 16 year old on work experience and my request to be put through to a manager to review the situation was denied. Bring on the GFC ... companies like this will certainly end up in receivership.
