Nice product range and excellent customer service. Had a minor oversight with my order (that was entirely my fault), called the store and they fixed it up on the spot despite them not being obligated to. The free shipping also arrived very quickly. Thanks Sherpa team!

I wanted to say a big thank you for the great service. From the order process, being called to check it wasn’t a scam on my card and the very quick delivery, it was caring and competent from start to finish.

Bought 2 helinox savanna chairs one night , next morning had a courtesy call asking if i purchased them via my credit card which was very professional, 2 days later via express post my item was sitting at post office ready for pickup. I have very little faith in buisness owners now days but its refreshing sherpa outdoor is on to it at all times and look after the customers needs. Great service!

We usually buy from Woolerina but they had sold out of the pants we wanted for our baby, so we purchased 2 pairs of merino leggings from Sherpa. Big mistake! First of all they pilled after 1 wear. Every time I go to change his nappy I have to wipe so much black fluff stuck to him. Clearly these are made with short threads. The label says MADE IN CHINA....well that says everything! Very disappointed to say the least. When you spend around 100 for 2 pairs of merino leggings you expect quality not hassle. Will never buy from them again as long as they choose to get their products made in China with cheaper methods. Already put in a replacement order with Woolerina. Get your products made in AUSTRALIA and support our country!
