My reliable 25 year old Husky had given up after breaking down, and this store, where I purchased it, was the only one that I felt I could rely on to do the job. I received a call from Mr.Henderson shortly after who said the problem could be fixed, gave me a reasonable quote and would be ready for pick up the next day. I was delighted...the same great friendly prompt service was still there. Thanks to all the staff there the machine works like a treat, smoother than it was before. I highly recommend this store.
What a great little shop! Very friendly staff, great service, and very informative and knowledgeable repairers. When I had a problem with my machine (and it turned out it was my fault!) the mechanic helped me sort it out. Good stuff.

Wonderful customer service! The staff are very helpful and happy to take the time to explain things. Machine repairs are super speedy which is great given that I run my own business. Highly recommend them.
What a great place. Fabulous service. I love that they phoned and explained all that needed to be done first and gave me the cost up front. If I ever decide to upgrade to a new machine they will be my first stop.
