Great customer service
We went to Sheridan Surry Hills store as we were told by another store they had the particular sheets we were after. Turns out they didn't, but the lovely lady serving us and the others working in the store couldn't have done more to help us, and found another store who did have them. Not all shopping ends in success, but the experience is what you remember. Thank you to this store for a pleasant experience.

Visited this shop today, initial service attention. 2 other customers in store. Poor customer service- not friendly, more worried about a phone call than the customers in store. Would not recommend.
