They don't send you a message or give you a call to let you know when is your delivery being made. I called their customer service and they told me they can't help me. Then I called the their local depot and that was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, so rude. How are they still running?

Was trying to return a product from eBay through toll, and had to ensure I get a connote so the seller would pay for the shipping. Been talking to someone on a 1300 number and it sends me to someone with the worst phone line ever! They can't hear me and I cannot hear them. How is a 'professional' business supposed to conduct itself with terrible connections and communications? Been 2 days and no sign of the courier at all.. no 'sorry we missed you' card, and I live within 13 minutes from the toll warehouse in Shepparton.

It us not possible to deal with this company, when you parcel is in their hands, tgats the last time anyone will see it. No customer service number to call, no way to track where your parcell is. The phone goes to Philippines, they cant understand anything and the person I spoke to had a phone that cut in and out with every word. It was not possible to get a solution. The parcel that cost me several hundred dollars is missing, the instructions on the parcel were not followed. No care at all. I have checked my business security cam and no delivery was even attempted. Very very disappointed

Terrible terrible, parcel on board at Shepparton 7.30am for delivery 1 hour North. 4.30pm a call is made to see when it will be delivered, advised it will be delivered after 5pm , definitely will be delivered today. At 5.25pm Toll advised driver scanned back into Shepparton, driver ran out of time to deliver, what are we supposed to advise client??? Really!!, some advice would have meant we could have at least driven ourselves to Shepparton to collect. Care factor of Toll and driver appears to be close to zero.

I have lost parcels in the past with this service and trying to find a parcel at the moment. The lady on the phone couldnt tell me where my parcel was after I received the missed delivery card im onto the 5th day. FORK YOU TOLL
